Staying active not only can help immunity but also can help deal with the stress and anxiety that many people are feeling around the globe.
If your city guidelines allow going for a walk, run or bike, try to do so every day but make sure to keep a safe distance from those around you. It is advised to do these activities alone, or at the most, with the people, you live with. If you have a backyard, use it, walk, and make sure the kids take time out to play.
