Dr. Doreen Lee is a National Specialist Registered Surgeon for both General Surgery and Breast & Endocrine Surgery. She graduated in 1998 with the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery Degree (MBBS) from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education, India, followed by the Masters in Surgery (MS) in 2007 from Universiti Malaya. She received the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh Fellowship for Breast & Endocrine Surgery in 2012.

She gained expertise in Oncoplastic & Reconstructive Breast Surgery (ORBS) during her stint in the United Kingdom with highly skilled Plastic and Oncoplastic Breast Surgeons from Glasgow, Sheffield, and Nottingham. 

She provides comprehensive consultations on disorders of the Breast & Neck. Her skill set includes versatility in an array of breast surgery procedures, tailored to fit the individual. As an endocrine surgeon, her expertise lies in focused, meticulous dissections in the neck which is of paramount importance to Quality of Life after surgery.

Her keen interest in various aspects of academic and research projects on Thyroid & Parathyroid disorders, high volume Oncoplastic & Reconstructive Breast Surgery (ORBS) work has won her several international accolades including a stint at Massachusetts General Hospital-Harvard University with the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Department.
