Dr. Marzida obtained her MBBS in 2001 from Universiti Malaya and her Master of Surgery (Plastic Surgery) in 2010 from Universiti Sains Malaysia. She completed her Plastic and Reconstruction Surgeon (gazettement) in May 2011 at Hospital Kuala Lumpur and continued her career as Plastic and Reconstruction Surgeon at Hospital Kuala Lumpur until the end of 2019. Previously, she had teaching experiences at Universiti Sains Malaysia as Honorary Lecturer in Master of Surgery (Plastic Surgery) and Trainer for Advanced Diploma in Perioperative Nursing (Plastic Surgery) at the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
