Dr. Francis Chin Kuok Choon is an experienced radiation oncologist with over 20 years in the field. An ASEAN and Chevening Scholar, he was the first Asian to complete the EU MSc in Radiation Biology at University College London.
Dr. Chin has held key roles at the National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) and currently serves as a Visiting Consultant at KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital. His expertise spans breast, gynecological, gastrointestinal, prostate, pediatric cancers, and soft tissue sarcomas. He has led significant research initiatives, including proton therapy, and contributed to global medical literature. Dr. Chin is also a past President-Elect of the Southeast Asian Radiation Oncology Group (SEAROG) and is committed to advancing radiation therapy and patient care worldwide.
