Dr. José Antonio Lorente Garín has extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of urological cancer, as well as in surgery using endoscopic techniques. One of his main areas of specialization is the minimally invasive treatment of prostate cancer, with the aim of combining the best oncological results with the minimum functional impact. In this regard, he has developed almost all his career in surgical activity wherever possible using the laparoscopic approach, a technique also used in the treatment of renal and urinary bladder cancer. He is part of the minimally invasive Urology and Robotics Centre (CUMIR) of Quirónsalud Hospital Barcelona.
