When Dr. Mina joined Dubai London Clinic & Speciality Hospital, she brought more than 30 years of experience in medicine to the company. Born in Serbia, she spent her childhood living abroad in Mexico and Brazil where she became fluent in 5 languages. She began her medical studies in 1976 at University of Belgrade Medical School, Belgrade and was very active in student congresses. Dr Mina completed her primary medical degree in 1982 and continued with her internship the following year while working as a general practitioner. From 1987 to 2009 she was employed at the Clinical Hospital Center Zvezdara, Serbia. During that time she spent 10 months in the US and joined the grand rounds at Baylor College of Medicine, journal clubs in immunology and clinical immunology. She spent 6 months as a Research Fellow at the University of Texas Health Science Center with renowned Dr. Scott Rodkey working on antiidiotipic antibodies and hybridomas.

In 1994 she completed her residency in Internal Medicine and has been working as a specialist in internal medicine ever since. She completed her Master's Degree in Immunology in 2000. In 2004 she was appointed as chief of staff: Primarius in the field of Allergy. Dr. Mina is very well qualified in Allergy Medicine. She works at the department of Allergy and Clinical Immunology for 22 years. She was head of the department of Allergy and Clinical Immunology as of 2001. She worked for 4 years as an assistant in internal medicine for students of the The School of Dentistry and was also a mentor in Allergy and Clinical Immunology for residents in internal medicine at the University of Belgrade Medical School. She held a post as a consultant in Allergy and Clinical Immunology for several private clinics in Belgrade. In December 2009, she moved to Dubai, UAE where she worked as Internal Medicine Specialist in Dubai London Specialty Clinic & Hospital gaining valuable experience working within a multi-cultural environment. In 2016, she finished Postgraduate Studies at the University of Leicester and gained her Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes with Merit.
