Dr. Martin Wiemann completed his medical studies in Münster and Vienna including several months abroad in New York, Bolzano, Cape Town and Johannesburg. His basic surgical training in Erlangen, Berlin and Hamburg was followed by orthopedic residency training in the sports clinic Hellersen, the Northwest German Rheumatism Centre in Sendenhorst and the Klinikum Osnabrück. During this time he already focused on hand and foot surgery techniques.
Since 2009 Dr. med. Wiemann then focused exclusively on hand and foot surgery in the renowned clinic in Bad Neustadt. In 2010 he worked for a year as a Fellow under Dr. med. Mark Ross at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane, Australia. Due to his long-standing specialization, he is proficient in a broad spectrum of foot and hand surgery operations.
