Dr. Omar Fakhoury is a Consultant in Ophthalmology with special interest in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus with more than 15 years of experience.
After completing his medical studies in Lebanon, Dr. Omar obtained a diploma in retinal imaging and macular treatments from Paris XII University Faculty of Medicine, France, and a diploma in the specialty of ophthalmology and pediatric ophthalmology.
Dr. Omar holds a Fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus from the University Aix-Marseille, France. He has been involved in some research, published and lectured on his areas of expertise. He is a board member of Lebanese Ophthalmology Society and Program Director the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Balamand, Lebanon.
