Dr. Oscar Bielsa Galí has extensive experience in the diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of urological cancer, as well as in minimally invasive surgery.
One of his main fields is the treatment of urological cancer, especially kidney and prostate cancer. In this regard, he has developed almost all his career in surgical activity wherever possible using the laparoscopic approach. He is also a recognized expert in Spain in the study and treatment of pelvic floor pathology, especially with regards to urinary incontinence in both male and female. He is part of the minimally invasive Urology and Robotics Centre (CUMIR) of Quirónsalud Hospital Barcelona. The doctor is accredited as a Console-site Surgeon of the DaVinci robotic system (Intuitive Surgical, 2011) and has made 50 publications in ranked national journals and 4 publications in international journals.
