I passed the sub-specialty French DIU (Diploma Inter-Universitaire)in Interventional Cardiology in 2003.</p> <p>Clinical Cardiology Training: I trained in the North West Thames region, working at both St. Mary&rsquo;s Hospital and Harefield attaining the CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) in 2004.</p> <p>Current Post: I was appointed as Consultant Cardiologist at the Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Trust in October 2005 and my aim is to combine both the provision of a top class clinical service and a dedicated programme of clinically based cardiological research. I have NHS outpatient clinics on Wednesday morning (Harefield) and Friday morning (Hillingdon). I work routinely in the Cardiac Catheter Laboratory on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
