The rehabilitation clinic has 185 inpatient beds with two specialized departments, pneumatological and orthopedic rehabilitation. The Department of Operative and Nonoperative Orthopedics is the largest center for joint replacement in Berlin and Brandenburg and is one of the leading institutions in Germany, performing over 2,500 implantations per year. In the Department of Spine Surgery, the focus is on the surgical treatment of back pain and diseases of the spine. The Department of Manual Medicine is one of the largest supra-regional departments for non-surgical orthopedics and pain medicine in Germany and specializes in the complex diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the musculoskeletal system, especially back and joint pain.
