Dr. Kozak is a renowned specialist in the whole range of vitreoretinal surgical procedures including pediatric ophthalmic surgery. He undertakes advanced surgical procedures and has pioneered some retinal laser techniques.
Dr. Kozak trained in Slovakia, before a Vitreoretinal Clinical Rotation at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, and Fellowships in corneal immunology, and vitreoretinal and uveitis, in the USA. He has also practised and researched at leading institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has extensively researched, undertaken clinical trials, published and lectured.
Dr. Kozak is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and holds a number of supplementary specialty certificates. He is the recipient of several academic awards and honors, and a member of leading professional bodies in the US, Europe and Slovakia.
